Nectarine

The **nectarine** is a variety of smooth-skinned peach. Originally from Asia, it arrived in France in the 15th century. Today it can be found from June to August on our market stalls. It has a sweet taste and a high, thirst-quenching water content. It can be eaten raw or incorporated into delicious desserts.

The nectarine offers numerous benefits for health and well-being. It is a source of fiber, in addition to being rich in vitamins and antioxidants.
