Do we still need to introduce the red pepper? Yes ? The red Kapia pepper is a colourful variety of pepper originating from Turkey. It has a pointed horn shape, measuring between 10 and 15 cm in length, with a bright colour when ripe. A popular summer barbecue item, it is appreciated for its thick texture making it resistant to cooking and its slightly sweet taste. The red pepper has a sweet and spicy pepperiness. It is very low in calories but very rich in antioxidants and vitamins.
