The Liseta potato is a variety that originated in the Netherlands just like the Spunta. It has a long, oblong shape with a smooth skin and a pale yellow flesh that delights the taste buds. It is widely grown in France because of its particularly high yield. This medium-early ware potato has a very good shelf life and is very good for cooking. The Spunta is characterised by a large tuber with yellow skin and a long shape. In the kitchen, it can be eaten in all kinds of sauces: mashed, in soups or even fried.

Its consumption :

Due to its high but early yield, the Liseta potato is available from June to July. All culinary uses.
