Chou chinois

The **Napa Cabbage** (Chinese Cabbage) is also part of the cruciferous family. When harvested, it is composed of large leaves that form a “head” (pomme). It originates from East Asia and is available on our stalls from May to February. Its antioxidant properties, rich fiber content, and calcium are sought after.

Its particularity: a very light, pungent flavor that highlights vegetable dishes. Ideal for complementing oriental flavors, consume it raw to fully benefit from its advantages.
