White Garlic

**White garlic** is a condiment belonging to the Allium family (*Alliaceae*). This perennial, sun-drenched vegetable has been part of our diet for generations. Its main characteristic lies in its white bulb, sometimes accompanied by purplish streaks, composed of several cloves (about 8 to 12 depending on the size).

White garlic is particularly known for its taste and aromatic qualities. A true kitchen essential, it also provides important health benefits: it is rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals.

White garlic can be consumed equally well raw—as a condiment or side dish—as it is cooked in sauces and other savory Mediterranean specialties.
