Curly kale

Curly kale is a variety of cabbage. This herbaceous plant, belonging to the Brassicaceae family, is consumed as a vegetable. Primarily composed of green, curled leaves, as its name suggests, this type of cabbage does not grow in a head. It can be cooked in different ways: steamed, boiled, in a casserole dish, served as a main course or side dish, stuffed, or in soup.

Highly resistant to the lowest temperatures, curly kale is a winter vegetable consumed throughout all regions of France.
